HHPL Stage 2 - Additional Services

Posted On Thursday July 09, 2020

On June 15 the Province announced that Halton Region could move into Stage 2 of reopening. As of June 23, residents are able to enter HHPL branches to pick up their holds from Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

We are happy to now offer computers, internet, and printing services to residents in Halton Hills. Call the Library to book your 45-minute appointment. Appointment times are available on the hour starting at 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Upon arrival, check-in at the main service desk for your appointment, and a staff member will assist you. For printing services, please ask for assistance to access the printer and your prints. Normal printing charges will be in effect.

In Georgetown, please access the computers on the upper level. (There is no access to the lower level). In Acton, please enter via River Street for computer use and exit via School Lane. We ask that you please sanitize your hands upon entry, be mindful of physical distancing rules, and pay attention to all signage and safety measures. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.

Please Note: Access to items on our shelves (Library stacks), seating, and other spaces are not permitted by the Province at this time.

We look forward to seeing you! To place holds for pick up, please visit the Halton Hills Public Library website. To book an appointment for computer use, please call 905-873-2681.
