HHPL Moving Into Stage 2 Reopening

Posted On Thursday June 18, 2020

The Province announced on June 15 that Halton Region could now move into Stage 2 of reopening. So with this news, Halton Hills Public Library is very happy to announce it will reopen on June 23 for residents to pick up holds only, from within the Library.

On June 23, Curbside Pick Up will cease and residents will be able to enter the branch to pick up their holds from Tuesday to Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

We ask that you please keep your visit brief, sanitize your hands upon entry, be mindful of physical distancing rules, and pay attention to all signage and safety measures. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home.

In Georgetown you will have access to the upper level, and will flow around the grand staircase to pick up your holds, go to the self-check or service desk and then exit the branch. In Acton you will enter via River Street, pick up your holds, check out and exit via School Lane.

Note: Access to items on our shelves (Library stacks), seating, spaces are not permitted by the Province at this time.

We look forward to welcoming you back to your local Library! To place holds for pick up, please visit the Halton Hills Public Library website.
