What is Mobile Internet?

Need access to the Internet outside library hours, Halton Hills Public Library has you covered! Our ZTE Mobile Internet devices allow patrons to access the Internet in the comfort of their home. With the ability to connect up to 15 devices at one time, and battery life lasting up to 8 hours, the sleek portable device is compact to carry home and makes staying connected easier than ever.

Terms of Use

Who Can Borrow Any Halton Hills Public Library card holder who is 18 years or older. 
Overdue Fees

$1/day. Overdue Hotspot devices will be de-activated. 

The FULL replacement cost will be charged after the device is 1 WEEK overdue.  

Replacement Cost Lost, damaged or overdue Hotspot device = $200.00
Service Coverage Service is available anywhere in Canada within the Rogers cell phone coverage area. Service is not guaranteed. International service is not available. 
Usage Fee Free. Unlimited data, 3G or 4G/LTE connection. 
Circulation WiFi hotspot devices may be borrowed for up to 14 days, and may be placed on hold. Hotspot devices must be picked up within 24 hours of notification.
